Studio B is located directly under Studio A and can be found within the historic Boxer Building built in 1889. This beautiful space was designed & created to compliment Studio A while also thriving on its own.
Studio B thrives by being a neutral space that can be groomed to suit your needs. This open, bright, sleek, space with just enough rustic charm allows you to create the perfect shot. Complete with pure white walls, seamless paper, a rustic loft & ladder, and wall-to-wall windows for incomparable natural light some of the incredibly beautiful photos have been shot in Studio B.
You’ll have 800 square feet of studio space flooded with natural lighting thanks to the east facing windows, a large exclusive washroom, kitchenette, professional hair and makeup station, clothing racks & steamer, free WiFi, complimentary parking, and a wooden loft.
If you’re looking to host a sleek, modern photoshoot, enjoy access to 9ft seamless paper, perfectly white walls, and beautiful light-wash wood texture flooring. Studio B has direct access from the main floor door and is perfect for your photo or video shoots, creative productions, meetings, workspace area or pop up shop location.

Once on on our booking website, browse the available dates and time. You will notice that there is premium pricing for certain times, as these times restrict our ability to welcome other creators.
2 Day Shoot
If you would like to use the seamless paper, there is a fee of $3/foot used. Additional equipment may be granted for renting, this must be co-ordinated with owner Dave Laus prior to your event day. Full payments must be received prior to your booking. Once your event has completed, if you went overtime, or left the studio in an unacceptable state, you will receive an invoice including a $75 Overtime fee for every hour you begin, and/or a $250 cleaning fee. Security Deposit may be required prior to rental agreement. Proof of Valid liability insurance also required.
